Mexico Highlights Bonanza

Trip Overview

Join us and other like-minded travellers for the ultimate trip through Mexico. Travelling between Mexico City and Cancun over 13 days, we will be experiencing some of Mexico's most iconic highlights from watching a Lucha Libre match in Puebla, trekking through the jungles of Calakmul, to snorkelling in the unique cenotes of Tulum. We'll be partying on boats and beaches, horse riding, scuba diving, feasting on the unmatched Mexican cuisine and learning about the history and culture of this diverse and wonderful country.

The itinerary of this trip has been carefully constructed and is provided in good faith and whilst we hope that we will stick to it, it could be subject to change if necessary to ensure the safety and comfort of guests.

LUNCH & DINNER

We will of course recommend the best and most affordable spots to eat and have the most delicious Mexican meals but the cost of what you have is not included in the tour price and you should budget for these as additional spending costs.

 

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

You are responsible for arriving in Mexico City or Cancun on the arrival date and traveling back to your home country (or onwards in Mexico) from Mexico City or Cancun afterwards.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

You will need to obtain your own travel insurance for the duration of the trip in Mexico. This is mandatory and a copy of your policy will be required for submission along with a waiver form. This insurance should cover you for all the listed activities in the itinerary including scuba diving.

VISA

Mexico doesn't require a visa for entry for many countries in the world but it is advised that you check your local government website. It is your responsibility to obtain any visas that you may require for your trip.

✓ You're sociable. (You're going to be with a lively group for 13 days making friends for life!)

✓ You don't mind the occasional long drive, it's part of travelling!

✓ You're 20-35, team player, looking for an escape (it's no problem if you're outside of this age range but expect the majority to be within this age bracket).

William Meara

    Director of Ready For Road, William has traversed 60+ countries, lived as a monk in China, stepped behind the veil of North Korea, been to the front line fight against ISIS in Iraq, provided support in refugee camps in Bangladesh and many more adventures. William fell in love with Mexico years ago and has been regularly returning to different parts ever since to explore more.

    Christianne Risman

      Solo female traveler and entrepreneur, Christianne has backpacked across the globe, summiting Kilimanjaro, working in Oz and NZ, and becoming a Rescue Diver and Freediver, all while successfully building a career on YouTube over the past 10 years. Christianne loves every part of backpacking life and thrives off sharing new experiences and helping others to step outside their comfort zone.

      WILLIAM AND CHRISTIANNE ACTUALLY MET FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MEXICO IN 2020 DURING THE PANDEMIC WHERE TOGETHER THEY LEARNT TO SPEAK SPANISH, EXPLORED SEVERAL INCREDIBLE DESTINATIONS AND SHARED A MUTUAL LOVE FOR THIS INCREDIBLE COUNTRY. THEY'VE NOW TRAVELLED IN OVER 7 COUNTRIES TOGETHER.

      £1,750 (£600 deposit required to secure your space).

      The remaining amount will be due by 27th March 2024.

      Booking deposits will be non-refundable once made. Any cancellations made over 30 days before departure date will result in a loss of deposit cost. Any cancellations made within 30 days or under of the departure date will result in loss of total cost of the trip.
