- Travel Latin AmericaHello all. I know the water in Mexico is a no go. I plan to take my Grayl water bottle in case my hostel has no filtered water. But I’m curious about things like fruit and veggies that are rinsed in the water? I’ve heard to avoid things like grapes and lettuce because if the water situation…. I’m vegetarian so that’s a little alarming to me. Does anyone know if salads and such as ok to eat? I just wanna check. I’m going to Tulum in DecemberLike
- Backpacks and PackingHey everyone, I’m gearing up for my next backpacking trip and trying to finalize my packing list. I’ve got the basics covered, but I’m always looking for those little extras that can make a big difference on the trail. One thing I’ve started packing that’s been super helpful are these reusable boot covers. They’re lightweight, easy to pack, and have kept my boots dry through some pretty wet and muddy conditions. Plus, they have a non-slip sole, which is great for those slippery spots. Curious to know—what other must-have items do you all recommend for backpacking, especially for dealing with unpredictable weather? Would love to hear your tips! Thanks in advance!Like
