I booked a flexlible flight for January from the UK, cost £40 more to add Covid protection with Ethiad. I am praying everything will be ok by then, trying to remain optimistic as keen to start my visa!
I have a flight booked for the end of November from the UK to Sydney. Still hoping I can go but it all depends on whether I can get a working holiday visa and if things will be "open" when I get there. I don't want to get there and not be able to do all the things I was planning because of restrictions or things not being open.
America won't be welcome in Australia for early 2022 and it depends how well your country is in fighting corona, however, i heard that other countries (in europe idk about the rest of the world) will be allowed in July 2021 but i doubt it :(
Will be hard to know till gov announces. I can't speak for the eastern states but being from Perth our life is returning back to normal in exactly a week with almost all restrictions gone already. I know victoria and NSW are still struggling with some new outbreaks. They have emphasised how our state border will remain closed for now, but have read articles about possible travel bubbles within SA/NT/tas and NZ. From this I would guess it will be a country by country thing as to who is allowed in, so depending on how well your country is fighting corona will likely depend how soon travel here will be an option.
Hopefully it won't be too long until you can explore our beautiful country😊
Since I'm from England it will probably be a while then! :( Hopefully it won't take too long until we can visit though, I would love to explore Australia!
Yeah I'm considering that too. No this will be my first solo travel. Depending on what's possible I would love to do either SE Asia or Australia/NZ first.

Unfortunately it's a waiting game to find out, I was planning on going September 2021 and not overly confident that will happen now.

I've heard that Australia won't be accepting travellers until at least 2021 ðŸ˜I guess we won't know a date for sure until the time itself.
